Positioned adjacent to the terrace, the sun bar overlooks Ada Lane and the James Street precinct. With enviable views of The Calile Hotel pool deck, it can be reserved for arrival cocktails or as an event space in its own right.

The terrace captures the charm of outdoor dining, with poolside views and a laid-back ambience that makes every event feel effortlessly special. The space is separated from The Calile Hotel pool deck by sliding glass doors and fitted with both overhead heaters and fans to ensure comfort in all seasons. Reservation of the terrace includes the dining bar, which may be used for display or to accommodate additional guests as required.

Our semi-private dining room affords the exclusivity of a private room, without sacrificing the energy of the main dining room. Exclusive use includes seating for up to 10 guests around a high central table, while a windowside counter provides an additional 8 seats overlooking the lively Ada Lane. Warm, welcoming and elegant in every aspect, it’s a space made for connection and conversation – the perfect setting for an intimate gathering.

Partially Seated | Up to 20 guests

Our lounge offers a more approachable and relaxed atmosphere than its dining room counterpart. The space is fitted with plush upholstered banquettes, stools, low dining tables and sliding glass windows, which open out onto Doggett Street. Accommodating up to 20 guests, it is best suited to groups joining us for drinks and small plates.

Located on Sushi Room’s mezzanine level, our private dining room is an intimate space defined by deep red tones, soft drapery and subtle lighting. An impressive Hinoki timber table is positioned centrally, seating parties of up to 12 guests.
