AO Reserve – The New Hospitality Experience Coming To The Australian Open

Since its debut in 2021, James Street's Sushi Room has quietly and confidently cemented itself as one of Brisbane's premier dining destinations. Now, the Sushi Room cadre is hard at work preparing to unveil a stunning new extension. Transforming a neighbouring shopfront on the ground floor of The Calile Hotel, the expansion will see Sushi Room’s entrance relocated to Doggett Street and the introduction of an alfresco dining area with brushed-steel furniture lining the sidewalk.
