Derby Day at SK Steak & Oyster

As one of the most anticipated events on the Spring Carnival calendar, Derby Day is synonymous with sophistication – and this year, we invite you to celebrate it with us in style on Saturday October 31.

Join us in the winner's circle and partake in a curated four-course menu, designed to showcase the best of our signature dishes and paired with a four-hour premium beverage package featuring Louis Roederer Champagne and a refined selection of premium wines, spirits, cocktails and beer. A cash bar will be available between 3:30–4:30 pm.

Beyond the table, tickets include full race day coverage, spirited sweeps, live music and Fashions on the Field, where Derby Day’s famed black and white dress code takes centre stage.
