An Evening with Olivier Krug offers a rare opportunity to step inside the world of the historic House and explore a collection of Champagnes rarely experienced together. Known for his warmth and charisma, Olivier, sixth-generation of the Krug family and Director of the House, brings Krug’s history to life with a perspective shaped by both heritage and innovation, extending the experience beyond the glass.

A refined, multi-course menu will unfold across the night, each dish carefully composed to sit in dialogue with a selection of Krug Champagnes. Each pairing is designed to reveal something unexpected in both the wine and the plate, exploring the interplay between texture, umami and effervescence.

Held in Sushi Room’s private dining room – an intimate setting defined by deep red tones and low, atmospheric lighting – and limited to 11 seats, expect an evening of considered detail, thoughtful conversation and a shared appreciation for craft.
