NIKKA Nights

We are proud to present NIKKA Nights – a curated set menu and whisky pairing experience in collaboration with NIKKA WHISKY.

Across two nights – September 2 and 3 – we invite you to join us for an intimate dining experience in honour of NIKKA WHISKY’s founder, Masataka Taketsuru, widely regarded as the “Father of Japanese Whisky”. NIKKA Brand Ambassador Marcus Parmenter will host the evening and guide guests through each tasting, offering insight into the history of the distillery, Masataka Taketsuru’s legacy, and the flavour profiles and production techniques behind each whisky. Guests will be afforded the rare opportunity to taste a selection of rare Japanese whiskies, each partnered with a dish of equal refinement across six courses.

⁠Held in our private dining room – an intimate setting defined by deep red tones, soft drapery and low, atmospheric lighting – and limited to 12 seats per seating, each evening promises a distinct and immersive experience.
